Flare (the "app") is published by studio Ivryn (Victor Laybats). By using Flare you accept these terms.
Flare surfaces abnormally low flight prices and travel information. Flare is not a travel agency and does not sell flights. Bookings happen on third-party sites (airlines, comparison sites). Prices, availability and dates are estimates from third-party sources and may change or become unavailable. Always confirm the final price on the booking site before purchasing.
We do our best but do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that a given fare is bookable. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Flare Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple / Google account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the app. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Photos and notes in your travel journal are yours. If you share a trip with Travel Buddies, you grant us permission to store and display them to those users. Do not upload illegal content or content you don't have the rights to.
Don't abuse the service, scrape it in bulk, disrupt it, or circumvent its limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivryn is not liable for any loss arising from displayed prices, bookings made on third-party sites, or use of the app.
We may update the app and these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the law applicable where the publisher is established.
