To the extent IVRYN owns copyright or database rights in the Flare-authored selection, arrangement, field definitions, aggregate statistics and explanatory text of a published fare snapshot, IVRYN makes those elements available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.

You may copy, redistribute and adapt those IVRYN-owned elements for commercial or non-commercial use if you give appropriate credit, link the permanent dataset version and this reuse page, identify changes, and do not imply endorsement.

What is not licensed

No permission is granted for rights IVRYN does not own, including rights in underlying fare facts or source feeds, provider content, booking links, airline or airport names and marks, photographs, application-store material, or third-party databases. This permission does not claim ownership of facts. You remain responsible for applicable law and source-provider terms.

No availability or accuracy warranty

Snapshots are supplied as observed research records, without warranties of availability, merchantability, fitness, non-infringement or accuracy. Amounts can change or disappear. Verify any itinerary and final price independently.
